In a room full of students, you can find many
different talents in each one. Some maybe useful for your work or task, some
may not but they can be useful for something or someone else. It is called diversity;
you have a variety of something which can be useful. Diversity is the vast
ocean in which many employees or students of different talents are present and
you can pick someone which you can use for your organization. Diversity has its
own effect on business for example, diversity can bring conflict among
workplace and group or team. Hence managing diversity in a workplace is very
