MD (Consumer Durable Industry in India)

We are looking for an exceptional leader to oversee our business operations, drive the company's strategic visions, develop and implement strategic plans and company policies.

Responsibilities of the MD:

●       Developing and executing business strategies aimed at achieving the short and long-term goals for the Indian Market.

●       Assessing and resolving problematic situations.

●       Maintaining liaison with the board and providing strategic market insights.

●       Overseeing the company's financial performance, ventures, investments.

●       Supervising executives.

●       Maintaining trust-based relations with partners, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities in India.

●       Ensuring clear communication and alignment between company policies and legal guidelines.

Requirements:

●       Master’s Degree in marketing, business management, or a related field.

●       15+ years of experience in a similar role in the consumer durable industry.

●       Excellent communication and presentation skills.

●       Ability to stand-out in high-pressure situations.

●       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

●       Excellent team management.

●       Knowledge of Microsoft Office package.

CHRO (Consumer Durable Industry in India)

We are looking for a CHRO to lead and guide our HR operations across the Indian territory.

As the CHRO you will be directly responsible for designing and evaluating career paths and crafting strategies to match our business goals.

Responsibilities of CHRO:

●       Developing talent acquisition and management strategies.

Requirements:

●       Master’s degree in HR Management, Organizational Psychology, or any relevant field.

●       5+ experience as a CHRO, or VP of HR in the consumer durable or similar industry.

●       Experience in strategic HR planning

●       Extensive knowledge of labor laws.

●       Excellent leadership and people management abilities.

●       Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
