Job Context

CEO (Consumer Durable Industry in India)

We are looking for an experienced CEO to manage the day-to-day operations in the Indian division of our consumer durable business. The perfect candidate must be ready to provide leadership and experience lessons to the executive team, build a strong company culture,  and set a clear and descriptive course for company strategy.

Responsibilities of CEO:

●       Providing company-wide leadership.

●       Making high-priority decisions about company policy and business strategy.

●       Building alliances with other organizations.

●       Maintaining liaison with the board of directors and keeping them informed.

●       Developing and overseeing the company’s culture and vision.

●       Building and enhancing the company's public profile.

●       Collaborating with the CFO, CTO, CIO, and other executives.

●       Overseeing the company’s financial performance.

●       Assuring the filing of all legal and regulatory documents with the authorities.

●       Planning and strategizing for short and long-term goals.

●       Closely monitoring the adherence to laws and regulations.

Requirements:

●       Master’s Degree in marketing, business management, or a related field.

●       12+ years of experience in a senior management position in the consumer durable or similar industry.

●       Knowledge of finance and budgeting.

●       Ability to build trust-based communication among executives, stakeholders, and the workforce.

●       Experience in developing and implementing strategic business plans.

●       Excellent negotiation skills.

●       Quick and dynamic learning and decision-making abilities.

●       Ability to effectively delegate responsibility.

CTO (Consumer Durable Industry in India)

We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer to provide their technological leadership in all aspects of our consumer durable business in India. As the CTO, you will be responsible for maintaining effective communication with employees, customers, and stakeholders to ensure the proper utilization of our company’s technologies.

Responsibilities of CTO:

●       Developing the short-term and long-term technology guides for the company.

●       Recommending innovative technologies and upgrades to solve customer and market problems.

●       Leading the industry and incorporating cutting-edge technology solutions for business problems.

●       Developing technology architecture and solutions.

●       Setting up the technology and infrastructure for deep bench strength.

●       Building product management processes.

●       Building a unified data pipeline.

Requirements:

●       6+ years of experience as a CTO or similar role in the consumer durable industry in India.

●       Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or any relevant field.

●       Experience of the core system, and front-end solutions.

●       Hands-on experience in mobile-based development.

●       Ability to design and implement technical solutions from design through to engineering.

●       Technology architecture.

●       Ability to develop technological products.

●       Familiarity with key programming languages.
