    2. Identify and seek agreement from client on : Experience, Skill Set and Management Style of desired candidate
    3. Understand culture of Company
    4. Assess current leadership style of company

  2. Search Strategy
    1. Conduct Preliminary research on sources using proprietary database, referencing, social media and extensive networking inside the source company.
    2. Build a fundamental competency model for Search Assignment.
    3. Create Recruitment target list of source candidates and companies.
    4. Determine timeline and calendar for search Process
  3. Talent Sourcing
    1. Conduct preliminary phone screen, collect a detailed resume and set-up a follow-up discussion.
    2. Determine candidates matched to specific position and culture profile.
    3. Begin preliminary candidate screening
    4. Identify Candidates.
  4. Talent Screening
    1. Conduct preliminary reference check and validate candidate qualification, management style and stated accomplishments.
    2. Conduct extensive cultural fit interview using culture assessment techniques.
    3. Conduct extensive competency interview using executive assessment techniques.
  5. Interview
    1. Ask questions to both client and candidate, the answer to which will help them in making a decision on whether they  want to extend and/ or accept job offer.
    2. Debrief both parties by conducting post interview debriefing.
    3. Help candidate with research and pertinent information on the client that will help them in taking informed decision and clearly communicate why opportunity is good match.
    4. If required sell opportunity to exceptional but non interested candidates.
    5. Coach client on why candidate is interested in exploring the opportunity with client and areas of importance to client.
    6. Prepare candidate profile for client it contains.
